Ron D'Allessandris, President

It was obvious at an early age that Ron D'Allessandris had a talent toward art and design, plus head for business. As a 1992 graduate of Columbus College of Art and Design, Ron utilized his degree in marketing and advertising to gain job experience as a copy writer, ad designer and screen printer.

In 1996, Ron put all of his experience and instinct to the test. Starting solo as the company artist, salesman, administrator, screen printer, shipper and bookkeeper, Ron formed Alley Cat Designs. His first client was The Mead Cup. Today, The Mead Cup is still a client, along with hundreds of other businesses, school districts, sports and dance teams and non-profit organizations. Ron prides himself his personal motto: Under promise and over deliver. "It is important to be honest with your client, explain the process in full and then educate them about our quality work." He instructs all of his employees to, "... make no promise that cannot be kept - the quickest way to loose trust and accounts is to over promise your service and fall short on a deadline."

Recognized around the community by his laid back, cheerful personality and his ever-popular bandanna, Ron lives in West Carrollton with his wife, Joni. Ron is the proud father of three sons (Robert, Andrew and Stephen) and three step-daughters (Amber, Courtney and Alysa).

Larry Warren, Art Director

When you walk into the Art Department, be prepared to take in the Green Lantern shrine on the wall. Larry is a die-hard comic fan who idolizes the works of Stan Lee and Charles Schultz - to name just a few. With a degree from the School of Advertising Art, Larry has worked in the graphic design business for over 20 years. He prides himself on quality design, meeting deadlines and the ability to take even the vaguest idea and morphing it into an amazing design.

As Art Director, Larry also oversees the production schedule and quality control. When he is not watching "The Big Bang Theory" or "Friday Night Lights", Larry is spending time with his wife, Diane and sons Alex and Matthew.

Robert Kling, Artist

Bob has 20 years experience as an artist for a screen-printing, embroidery and promotional products company. He brings new ideas and a hardcore graphic style to the Art Department. Bob has a great work ethic and strives to meet the needs of clients. He particularly enjoys the creative atmosphere, good humor and dedication to customer service at Alley Cat.

In his spare time, Bob likes to work at Krazy Katz tattooing folks, riding his Harley and relaxing with his children: Sarah, Sean, Tristan and Reilly.
